Компания Payoneer стала публичной путем слияния со SPAC-компанией FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corporation. Теперь Payoneer с полным названием Payoneer Global Inc. представлена на бирже Nasdaq под тикером PAYO.
Payoneer Inc., технологическая компания в сфере коммерции, и FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: FTOC), специализированная компания по приобретению, 25 июня 2021 года объявили о завершении слияния. Объединение было утверждено акционерами FTOC на внеочередных общих сборах.
В результате с 28 июня 2021 года новое юридическое лицо Payoneer Global Inc. и его ценные бумаги начали участвовать в торгах на бирже Nasdaq под тикером PAYO и PAYOW соответственно. В то же время руководство Payoneer во главе с главным исполнительным директором Скоттом Галитом, финансовым директором Майклом Левином и операционным директором Керен Леви продолжит управлять компанией.
Соглашение также содержит $300 млн частных инвестиций от Wellington Management, Dragoneer Investment Group, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, Franklin Templeton и других компаний.
